2008 SEMINARS

On Sunday Sept. 28 MAP hosted a workshop with Budokan JJ instructor Cesar Rezek from Toronto and it was great! Cesar has an amazing ability to communicate the essential details of BJJ and his day-to-day students are very fortunate to have him as a coach.

When it comes to seminars that combine fun and functional training, Matt Thornton has the recipe down! On May 3-4, 2008 fans of SBG training gathered at MAP in Kingston to share both laughs and sweat. Great times!

On March 1-2, 2008 we hosted a mind-blowing seminar with Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Champ Leo Santos. The amount of material covered at the seminar was staggering and it left most participants with their heads overflowing. Huge thanks to Leo for his excellent instruction and attention to detail. Everyone had a great time!
