2006 SEMINARS

On Sunday September 24, 2006, Professor Wagnney Fabiano visited MAP to work with a small group of students on MMA training. Participants drilled takedowns and ground skills with lots of live rolling time. Good luck to Wagnney on his upcoming MMA fight with Jeff Curran on October 14! We are all cheering for him.

Professional MMA trainer and fighter Erik Paulson was once again at MAP in Kingston to teach a special 3 hour workshop. The August 25, 2006 class included instruction in all aspects of MMA fighting: stand up, clinch and ground. Erik's unique perspective is always valued by the coaches and students at MAP. Thanks very much to Erik for fitting us in to his busy teaching schedule.

Nova Uniao co-founder and BJJ Professor Wendell Alexander visited Martial Arts Planet for two entire months in 2006. He arrived in Kingston on January 9, 2006 and taught classes virtually every day. What a great opportunity for our students!
