Please join us in wishing sincere congratulations to the students who challenged themselves and successfully completed the Black Belt examination on Saturday, September 10, 2005. Jason Tabor, Jamie Burns and Alexandra Armitage all tested for their junior Black Belts while Morgan Hull, Patti Hull and Rick Beninger made the jump to their 2nd degree Black belt. The 3-hour exam was EXTREMELY physical and full of challenges which our students met with enthusiasm.

I am proud to announce that our BJJ teacher, Wagnney Fabiano, received his 3rd Degree Black Belt this past weekend (Jan. 8, 2005) from the founders of Nova Uniao, Professors Wendell Alexander and Andre Pederneiras. The incredible thing, is that Wagnney is still learning and growing in Jiu-Jitsu, getting better every year. He is committed to improving his understanding of BJJ, so that a 4th degree Wagnney will have even more to share with his students than the 3rd degree Wagnney (some may believe this to be impossible but no doubt Wagnney will find a way). Congratulations Professor!
