Tyler Cashman

Tyler had barely been training a year when he won Gold in the white belt division at the 2008 Ascension Competition. Very shortly after that, he was awarded his blue belt by Leonardo Santos. His passion for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu continues to grow through training, coaching at the gym, and in competition.

Outside the gym: Tyler is a sheet metal apprentice, working toward his sheet metal mechanics license. Tyler also volunteers his time, along side his wife, mentoring local youth.
