Rob Wynne is the head coach of our MMA Fight Team (GladiatorFightTeam.ca).
Rob has spent the past 20 years learning, and coaching the martial arts, including Karate, traditional Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. A good portion of that time has been dedicated to his professional MMA career, which Rob retired from in 2005 with a respectable pro fight record of 7-3-0.
Rob has trained with some of the best fighters in the business, including Fabio Holonda, George St. Pierre, Patrick Cote, Jason MacDonald, Mark Hominick, the Diaz brothers, and many more.

Outside the gym: As a Federal Correctional Officer at Kingston Penitentiary, Rob serves as the team leader for the Emergency Response Team. Additionally, Rob is an ERT Self Defence and Weapons Instructor, Chemical Agents Instructor, Firearm Retention Instructor, Penal Soft Restraint Instructor, and Personal Self Defence and Safety Instructor to Correctional Officers with the Correctional Services of Canada.
